A practical service business

“I can make a phone call if I'm not sure and there is always coaching and manuals available outlining things that I can do - I don’t have to make stuff up. That’s the biggest thing; there's actually a path to success.”

Every home with gutters needs them installed, protected and cleaned. That takes people, equipment and reliable service, and Brothers Gutters brings it together under one brand.
01 / SERVICE
New systems for existing homes and construction projects.
02 / SERVICE
An added service for homeowners who want less debris buildup.
03 / SERVICE
Maintenance work that can turn into repeat customer relationships.
Beyond homeowners, you can build referral relationships with roofers, builders and remodelers. It’s a simple model: a practical service, a local customer base and a team built around a proven operating system. Demand and service mix will depend on your market, weather and execution.
Owner-led, systems-backed

“Being a franchisee with Ken and Ryan is more like being part of a family. For me, it was knowing that they always had my best interests at heart. That is not typical of a franchise to care about the success of their people.”

You don’t need gutter or home-services experience. You need to be willing to learn, lead people, follow systems and own the results.
Brothers Gutters prefers owner-operators. Early on, you’ll handle sales, hire installers, order materials, build local relationships and manage the customer experience. As your team grows, your role shifts toward leading people and growing the business.
Considering a manager-led structure?
That requires franchisor approval and continued owner involvement. We’ll help you raise it early in discovery.
Sales, installation and service, business systems, office operations and business planning. Training may take place outside Canada or virtually.
A required contact centre handles designated customer communications and lead handling. A separate fee applies.
Digital marketing support, approved creative, reporting and guidance for local campaigns. Owners fund and run required local marketing.
Business coaching, peer groups, operating manuals and ongoing learning.
The numbers behind the headline

“To me, this system has no limits. It is still going up - and I didn't want to miss out on it. I felt like this was the right time because I knew they'd give me the support. It is not something where you just buy it and they leave you on your own. The Brothers system forces you to invest in yourself - whether you like it or not you are getting smarter.”

About the sample
The U.S. system had 119 franchise outlets in 2025: 91 operational, 20 new and eight that closed. The tables include 71 of the 91 operational outlets. Twenty were excluded because of missing or unreliable records or partial-year closure. Of the 71, 66 operated multiple territories (between one and 12), and some included additional households. The single-territory group is a small sample of five.
What these figures are not
The figures are based on unaudited franchisee reporting. Gross sales do not reflect operating expenses, and these results do not predict what a new Canadian franchise will earn.

A territory is more than a map pin

“I had looked at smaller businesses and existing businesses. I even looked into starting my own, but, I like franchises because it’s proven. What I learned during my time as a Franchise Consultant, was that The Brothers that just do Gutters had something a little different than everyone else.”

A good territory conversation goes beyond a city name. It covers which households and neighbourhoods are included, how weather affects scheduling, the local competition and referral partners, your staffing and vehicle needs, and how much working capital your launch will take.
We’ll help you get those answers from the development team.
Independent franchise guidance

“Our first impression on Meet The Team Day was what sold us on continuing this whole process. The installers were totally encouraging to each other in a way that I have never seen in any sort of contracting business. That culture that we saw that first day was something I knew that I severely wanted to duplicate.”
