With over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and selling franchise businesses, Jack co-founded The Franchise Insiders to help others achieve the same freedom and success that franchising created for his own family.

Before launching The Franchise Insiders, Jack held leadership roles in both the corporate and franchise world, including helping grow a national franchise system to 100+ locations and a successful exit to private equity. Since 2008, he and his wife and business partner, Jill, have helped more than 600 people become franchise owners—saving clients millions in franchise fees along the way.

Jack was the first-ever franchise consultant to earn a spot in FranServe’s $2M Club and has been recognized as a Top 100 Franchise Influencer.

 

His clients include first-time business owners, experienced entrepreneurs, and executives in transition—all of whom benefit from his insider access, honest guidance, and proven track record.

Jill Johnson is a nationally recognized franchise strategist, entrepreneur, and mentor.

 

As Co-Founder and President of The Franchise Insiders, she brings a rare blend of executive experience, franchise ownership, and personal dedication to helping clients succeed in business and life.

​

Before launching The Franchise Insiders, Jill built her career in high-level marketing and business development roles at prestigious companies including IBM and Wynn Las Vegas—where she developed a deep understanding of brand strategy, customer experience, and service excellence. 

​

Jill is also a top-performing franchise consultant and business owner herself. Alongside her husband Jack, they have helped over 600 clients become franchise owners.

 

Jill made history as the first woman to be inducted into FranServe’s $2M Club, an elite honor reserved for the highest-producing franchise consultants in the industry.

Known for her strategic insight, approachable leadership style, and ability to guide people through complex business decisions with clarity, Jill is passionate about helping others create the freedom, wealth, and purpose that franchising made possible for her own family.

Brian Gross brings a powerful combination of financial expertise, corporate leadership, and franchise ownership to The Franchise Insiders team.

 

With over a decade of experience at Fidelity Investments—where he served as Vice President of 401(k) Sales—and deep credentials including Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst, Brian has helped countless professionals plan for their future.

​

Today, as both a franchise consultant and a successful franchise owner himself, Brian helps others do the same—but with a new path: entrepreneurship. After leaving corporate America, Brian launched his own franchise and now owns and operates a thriving location in Tampa, Florida.

​

Brian specializes in guiding executives, professionals, and investors through the franchise discovery process with a clear financial lens. He helps clients identify businesses that build generational wealth, offer diversified income streams, and align with their long-term goals.

With a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri and firsthand experience making the leap into business ownership, Brian is uniquely positioned to coach others through the transition with clarity, confidence, and impact.

David San Juan

David San Juan is a mission-driven leader with an exceptional background in law enforcement, security management, and entrepreneurship. As a franchise consultant and current franchise owner, David brings both boots-on-the-ground experience and high-level strategic thinking to The Franchise Insiders team.

David's career began in public service, where he spent 13 years as a Miami Police Officer and Investigator. He later served as Regional Security Manager for Brink’s Inc., overseeing more than 250 staff across Texas and Louisiana, followed by a corporate investigator role at a Fortune 100 company, where he safeguarded people, assets, and reputation.

​

Now, as the owner of a successful home services franchise on Florida’s Treasure Coast, David has firsthand experience in building and leading a franchise business. He understands the mindset shift, operational discipline, and strategic decisions that come with business ownership.

​

David is passionate about helping others take control of their future through franchising—especially those transitioning from law enforcement, military, or corporate careers. His integrity, leadership, and operational know-how make him a trusted advisor to clients seeking a proven path to financial freedom and professional fulfillment.

Jennifer K. Williams

VP of Client Experience

Jennifer K. Williams is a seasoned franchise development executive and nationally respected gerontologist with over 15 years of experience driving growth in the aging and elder care sectors. As Vice President of Client Experience at The Franchise Insiders, Jennifer blends her deep knowledge of senior care with franchise sales expertise to help clients confidently navigate the path to business ownership.

Before joining The Franchise Insiders, Jennifer served as Director of Franchise Sales at a national home care brand, where she led prospective owners through long-cycle decisions resulting in over $1.5 million in franchise fees. She has also launched her own consulting practice, advised longevity-focused businesses, and generated millions in revenue through care-focused leadership roles in private home care and healthcare services.

Jennifer’s work is guided by a passion for empowering others to build meaningful businesses that serve the aging population. With a background that includes senior executive roles at Fidelity-backed brands, nonprofit board leadership, and franchise ownership support, she brings unmatched credibility to every client interaction.
